Design and Development
 
This is the next logical step where the concept is formed on the paper. Through CAD Design modelling, we develop 2-D component drawings. The step helps in visualisation and assessing the task at hand. We understand each detail and devise each step, each tool to furnish the optimum products. Also, it is here that we adapt processes and techniques to suit individual product needs.
 
Manufacturing and Testing
 
On floor, our aim is to follow the drawing precisely. The output here is the prototype that stands every test with tenacity. Every intended functionality is tested against standard parameters. Manufacturing capability in multiple areas makes it possible to implement every novel concept with all its diversities. An important derivative of the process is a procedure that can be used as a model for mass production.
 
Design Validation
 
Design Validation is the all important step of making the product foolproof. The prototype is tested for functionality, ergonomics and many other parameters in the testing stge. From there on, a systematic feedback is drawn. Based on the feedback, the team revisits the entire process. The corrections are implemented through improvement in design, processes and tested again for optimum performance.
